There is no free trial. During the first 30 days you may submit a money-back request. We follow up for feedback, review the request, perform any approved Stripe action manually, and show its status in your account.
What counts as a property?
A billable property is one active service location in your EzNRG account. One property may contain multiple ComEd utility accounts and meters. Your Stripe subscription has one line item whose quantity equals your paid property count.
Adding a property increases that quantity before its onboarding begins. Removing a property starts a cancellation request so our team can confirm the service and billing change with you.
