Terms of Service

Service and eligibility

EzNRG provides utility-document organization and energy-data analytics for supported ComEd business accounts. You must have authority to create the organization account, provide its documents, and authorize access to the listed properties and meters.

Analytics are informational and are not legal, tax, engineering, investment, or guaranteed savings advice. We do not switch suppliers in v1.

Subscription

Membership uses the per-property monthly price agreed with EzNRG and shown before Stripe Checkout. Named-plan defaults are $31 for Starter Plan, $299 for Pro, and $499 for Founding Partner; staff may record a negotiated amount. Stripe bills the agreed amount automatically until cancellation is confirmed. There is no free trial. Adding properties increases the subscription quantity; removal uses the cancellation request process.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account and property information, review extracted bill details, protect login and recovery credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access or changes to property ownership or authorization.

Availability and changes

Utility data timing depends on ComEd and is commonly two to four business days but is not guaranteed. We may suspend access to protect the service, respond to nonpayment, or comply with law. Material term changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
